Detailed Breakdown & Clinical Impact
1. TV Display Room Assignment Fix
We fixed an issue where certain service points could not be assigned to facility TV screens. Waiting room TV displays now refresh room lists automatically and broadcast patient calls in real time.
2. Mandatory Skip Reasons for Team Transparency
When a staff member skips a patient in line, the system prompts them to pick a reason (e.g. "Patient not present when called" or "Sent to Triage first") or type a custom note. This helps colleagues on other shifts understand why a patient was passed over.
3. Priority Care Flagging (STAT / Emergency Patients)
Staff can mark emergency or high-priority patients as Priority from any room. The red PRIORITY label moves with the patient to the top of every room queue during that visit, then clears automatically when the visit ends.
4. Is Anything Required on Your End?
None! These improvements have already propagated automatically to your workstations—no manual updates or re-logins required.
